Roofing Anaheim Heroes
Roof leaks, cracked tiles, worn underlayment, blown-off shingles and roofs that have simply reached the end of their life. Call us, tell us what you're seeing, and we'll come and look at it properly.
The work
Every job starts on the roof, not over the phone. We look at the surface, the flashings and the attic, then price what the roof actually needs.
Roof repair
Slipped or cracked tiles, lifted shingles, split flashing, failed pipe jacks and damaged ridge caps, fixed and matched to what's already on the roof.
Re-roofing
Full tear-off to the deck, replacement of any rotted sheathing, new underlayment, drip edge, flashings and ventilation, then the new roof covering.
Tile underlayment replacement
Tiles lifted and stacked, old underlayment and battens stripped, new underlayment installed, then the same tiles relaid with broken ones swapped out.
Leak detection
We trace water from the ceiling stain back through the attic to the point it actually gets in, which is often several feet from where it shows.
Flat & low-slope roofs
TPO, modified bitumen and roof coatings for patios, additions, garages and commercial roofs, including ponding and drain problems.
Skylights, chimneys & flashing
Re-flashing around skylights, chimneys, walls and roof penetrations, the places where most roof leaks start.
Inspections
Pre-purchase, pre-sale and insurance inspections with photos and a plain-English write-up of the roof's condition.
Materials we install
The right material depends on the pitch of your roof, the weight the framing can carry, your budget and how long you plan to stay. Here's how the common options compare.
| Material | Typical lifespan | Best for | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Architectural shingle | 25–30 years | Most pitched roofs on a budget | Lightest option, quickest to install and easy to repair. |
| Concrete tile | 40–50 years | Long-term homes, fire resistance | Heavy. The underlayment below usually needs replacing well before the tiles do. |
| Clay tile | 50+ years | Spanish and Mediterranean-style homes | Very durable, but brittle to walk on and the most expensive to buy. |
| Standing-seam metal | 40–60 years | Low maintenance, reflective roofs | Concealed fasteners, sheds heat well, higher upfront cost. |
| TPO / modified bitumen | 15–25 years | Flat and low-slope roofs | Needs good drainage. Light-coloured membranes keep rooms below cooler. |
Lifespans are typical ranges and depend on installation, ventilation and maintenance.

Three things that help
None of this is required, but it helps us understand the problem before we arrive.
Where it shows
Which room the stain or drip is in, and whether it appears during rain, after rain, or when the AC is running.
The roof's age
Roughly when the roof was last replaced, and whether it has been repaired before. Old paperwork helps if you have it.
Photos
A couple of phone photos of the ceiling, and of the roof from the ground if it's safe, are useful when you describe the problem.
Common questions
My tile roof looks fine. Why is it leaking?
On a tile roof the tiles shed most of the water, but the underlayment beneath them is what actually keeps the house dry. Underlayment dries out and cracks with age and sun long before the tiles wear. The usual fix is to lift the tiles, replace the underlayment and battens, and relay the same tiles, replacing any that are broken.
Do I need a full re-roof or just a repair?
If the damage is in one area and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair makes sense. If the roof is near the end of its life, has leaks in several places, or has soft decking in more than one spot, a re-roof is usually the better spend. We show you photos of what we find before recommending either.
How long does a re-roof take?
A typical house takes two to five working days once materials are on site, depending on size, pitch, material and how much decking needs replacing. Permit inspections can add a day or two between stages.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. Re-roofs need a building permit, and we apply for it and book the inspections as part of the job. The permit fee is shown as its own line on your quote.
